Power of One

Members set goals for themselves and work to achieve these goals with fun self-directed projects in five units:

  • A Better You
  • Family Ties
  • Working on Working
  • Take the Lead
  • Speak Out for FCCLA

The Power of One program is newly revised for the 2019-20 school year. Information for advisers is available from national FCCLA through the adviser portal.

To access Power of One:

  • Log into the Portal
  • Click on the Resources Tab
  • Click on Programs/Partnerships
  • Power of One is the first file

The updated Power of One national program features Lesson Plans for each unit, an Introductory PowerPoint and PowerPoint for each Unit, five units of updated ideas and information, and a new submission process to make the process easier for you

The new guide contains a fillable submission form you can save on your computer. These forms will be attached in the portal when submitting names for national recognition!

Power of One 5 Unit Completion Form - National FCCLA

You will see in the file on the Portal that the Power Points are separate for now, once Power of One is placed on the website they will be linked, but for now they are included in the zip file on the portal for your use in the classroom.

Power of One is a great way to kick off the school year of FCCLA in your classroom!

Contact national FCCLA if you have questions: Beth Carpenter
