State Executive Council

A Message from State President Wes Brondos:
I’m enjoying the challenge of creating something that has never been created – an FCCLA year that is starting with many members experiencing only virtual chapter activities. It allows us to grow as leaders who embrace the concept of “be me”. We will be learning many new things and new ways of working. These skills will follow us through life and allow us to succeed. This year will be the year for you to take initiative to learn about yourself and grow as an FCCLA member. Remember to go BEYOND MEASURE for the years to come, because we are “The Ultimate Leadership Experience”.

Contact an officer through the adviser at the school address below.

PRESIDENT: Wes Brondos

ADVISER: Kristi Riggleman

This year FCCLA will challenge us to go BEYOND MEASURE and celebrate who we are as individuals. I am adventurous and I love to get my hands dirty so in my free time you will find me either in the woods, on the field practicing football and rugby or I might be at the gym working out. You can also find me in my workshop either woodworking or blacksmithing. Discover more about yourself through FCCLA!

Hi, Virginia FCCLA! This year will be a new adventure for all of us and I encourage you to use your time at home to complete Power of One. The units of this national program can help you strengthen your family ties, leadership skills, and more! When I am not doing FCCLA-related activities, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, baking, and volunteering at my local retirement community. Hang on tight, everyone, we’re already off to a wild start!

As a freshman, I am excited to go BEYOND MEASURE this year with FCCLA. I am also on the cross country, swim, and track and field teams. I am involved in FFA and a member of my church youth group. I love Disney, my dog, and ice cream. I know there are many of you out there with the skills to be a state officer, so be sure to complete the candidate application before January 15.
