What is Alumni & Associates of FCCLA?

Alumni & Associates is a network of adults who believe in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, its mission and purposes.

Virginia Alumni & Associates plays a major role in supporting the programs and activities of the student organization. A&A officers and members assist local chapters by serving as mentors for youth members, chaperones for chapter trips and activities, speakers at local FCCLA meetings, fundraisers, and as enthusiastic spokespersons in public relations efforts. At the state level, A&A members assist with the annual State Leadership & Recognition Conference. Many Virginia A&A members are former chapter members or state officers, but others are parents of FCCLA members or business/community leaders who have seen the benefits membership in FCCLA gives to today’s youth and want to support these efforts.
